Patches
August 8, 2000 - March 8, 2005
Patches was my first Aussie and the reason that we strive for a good temperament in our dogs.
He was unconditionally loyal and protective, a beautiful blue merle with intensive copper points. He put up with my first dreamy steps towards a sled team, loved water, sleeping in the hammock, and wheel barrow rides.
Freckles
May 26, 1999 - May 28, 2015
Freckles was given to me by my grandparents. She was a fiery fast little red merle female with two mixed eyes and the cutest ears.
She loved running through farm fields and hunting, a strong alpha female to the end, and a fierce little farm dog. She fought off a wolf and lived.
Misty
December 11, 2003 - November 4, 2016
Misty was my first little blue dog, she was the direct result of a negotiation with my parents in which I traded away a spring break trip to Disney Land for a dog.
One of the smartest dogs that I have ever had the pain of owning, Misty was a Houdini who would put the legend himself to shame. She would playfully kick box other dogs with her front paws and she loved back flipping for basket balls.
Coal
April 20, 2005 - October 8, 2019
Coal was the most gentle and docile Aussie imaginable. My autistic brother's gentle guardian, and a strong and quiet alpha over his pack.
A gentle giant, Coal was a lion of a dog, anchor of my childhood sled team, our one woof protector, and a undying challenger of tug of war.
Comet
March 4, 2006 - March 30, 2016
Comet was a puppy out of Coal and Misty and a brother to Storm out of my family's only litter before Hartspride.
Burning force, Comet was the heart of my passion and the sled team. I raised Comet from birth, he became my best friend, guardian, and lead sled dog.
Storm
March 4, 2006 - October 19, 2018
Storm was a puppy out of Coal and Misty and a brother to Comet out of my family's only litter before Hartspride.
The eye of the storm, Storm was as breath taking as he was calm. I saved his life at birth and trained him with the Shepherds at the protection kennel. He was the most versatile Aussie imaginable, excelling at dog sledding, obedience, and agility.

Brohart I

My first pet and love for animals, Brohart I was very timid and shy.
Brohart II
November 1, 1996 - November 27, 2013
Brohart II was ironically my closest friend, I went through everything with her. I couldn't sleep at night unless she was there.
Stealth
2001 - November 23, 2021
SPCA rescue, Stealth was originally rescued by our neighbor and we took him when she could no longer keep him.
Stealth is a very affectionate cat that has no concept of moving traffic or personal space. He loves chicken and will line up right along side of our dogs for a treat.
